SMS & Email Communications

By submitting your phone number or email address through our contact form or booking system, you consent to receive communications from Joffle Tech related to your inquiry. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us directly. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Joffle Tech does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever. We may share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform, such as SMS carriers.

Analytics

This website (joffletech.com) uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous visitor data such as page views, traffic sources, and general site usage. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. We do not use tracking pixels or any other third-party tracking tools

Third-Party Tools

Joffle Tech uses GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage CRM, automations, client dashboards, and communications. Clients of Joffle Tech may access a GoHighLevel-powered dashboard as part of their service agreement. Your data may be stored within the GoHighLevel platform in accordance with their own privacy policy. This website does not currently integrate with GoHighLevel directly, though such integration may be added in the future.

Data Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the information below.

Your Rights

SECTION 2 — TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Joffle Tech's services and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Joffle Tech offers CRM setup, lead automation, website design, and related digital services to local businesses. These include but are not limited to missed call text back, automated follow-ups, appointment reminders, re-engagement messaging, and website design and maintenance. The specific scope of services is defined in a separate written service agreement between Joffle Tech and the client.

2. Service Agreements & Auto-Renewal

All Joffle Tech services are provided under a minimum 12-month contract. Service agreements automatically renew on a monthly basis after the initial 12-month term unless either party provides written notice of cancellation prior to the renewal date. Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual service agreement.

3. Billing & Payment

Services are billed on a monthly basis. Fees are due on the date specified in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Joffle Tech reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice prior to a renewal period.

4. Intellectual Property

All work, systems, automations, workflows, templates, and configurations created or provided by Joffle Tech in the course of delivering services remain the intellectual property of Joffle Tech, LLC unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing. All content on joffletech.com — including text, graphics, and the Joffle Tech logo — is the property of Joffle Tech, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables during the term of their active service agreement. Upon termination of services, Joffle Tech reserves the right to revoke access to proprietary systems, templates, and configurations.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services

  • Ensure your business has obtained proper consent from customers before sending automated messages

  • Not misuse our services for spam, unlawful, or abusive purposes

  • Comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR where applicable

6. SMS & Email Consent

Customers must give explicit consent before receiving automated messages from your business through Joffle Tech's systems. Joffle Tech provides tools to help you manage compliance, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your business follows applicable laws. Users may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP or following unsubscribe instructions.

7. No Guarantees of Results

While Joffle Tech is committed to delivering quality work and measurable outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results such as a defined number of leads, sales, or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control including your industry, market conditions, and business operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Joffle Tech is not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the most recent 30-day billing period.

9. Termination

Joffle Tech may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Client-initiated cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Joffle Tech's services shall be resolved in Davie County, North Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.
